Botanical Chocolates
2009 has been a very exciting year as it sees the launch of my first eight signature chocolates.
I use the finest cream from Roe's Dairy, my local family run farm.
They have a wonderful herd of contented Jersey, Guernsey and Friesian cows. My beautiful Borage honey is made by bees a mile from home and I source my soft fruit ingredients locally, where possible.
